Project Manager Intern

About the role

Rubrik is seeking a motivated Project Manager Intern to support the delivery of its On‑Prem/SaaS products in Bangalore. The intern will assist in planning, tracking and communicating technical programs, work closely with engineering and product teams, and gain hands‑on experience in risk management, process improvement and cloud‑based product development.

Responsibilities

• Help define program scope, goals, milestones and success metrics.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules and related documentation.
• Track progress, create dashboards or reports, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and support functions to prioritize and deliver new features.
• Assist in running effective meetings and communicating schedules, status and issues.
• Identify potential risks, support mitigation planning and help resolve timeline impacts.
• Suggest tools and methods to improve efficiency and document lessons learned.

Eligibility

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or a related field.
• Minimum CGPA of 8.0.
• Graduating in 2027 from circuit‑related branches.
• Available for an onsite internship in Bangalore from January 2027 to May 2027.

Skills

• Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
• Basic understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Quick learner who can collaborate in a fast‑paced team.
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or GCP (nice‑to‑have).
• Familiarity with storage domains and enterprise product development (nice‑to‑have).
