About the role

Rippling is seeking a senior full‑stack engineer to design and deliver core HR, Benefits and Time‑tracking features. You will work primarily with React, TypeScript and Python/Django, collaborating with product and design teams to ship reliable, high‑performance web applications from the New York office.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement front‑end components using React and TypeScript.
• Develop back‑end services and APIs with Python and Django.
• Integrate UI with HRIS, Benefits and Time product modules.
• Ensure code quality, performance, and scalability across the stack.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define requirements and deliver features.

Eligibility

• Minimum 5 years of professional software development experience.
• Proven track record building complex web applications.
• Strong problem‑solving and communication skills.
