Senior Software Engineer, Full-stack

About the role

Anthropic is looking for a senior full‑stack engineer to design and deliver AI‑driven product experiences across Claude.ai, Claude Code and enterprise workflows. The role is hybrid, requires deep expertise in modern web technologies, and involves end‑to‑end ownership of consumer and B2B features that serve millions of users.

Responsibilities

• Build developer‑focused tools, SDKs and consoles that enable reliable integration of Claude’s models into applications.
• Design and ship full‑stack solutions for beneficial deployments, vertical AI products, and enterprise AI platforms.
• Collaborate with product, design, and research teams to translate new model capabilities into user‑centric features.
• Establish engineering standards, component architectures and best practices across the stack.
• Drive growth initiatives by implementing data‑driven features that improve acquisition, engagement and monetisation.
• Contribute to public‑sector products, ensuring compliance with security, privacy and regulatory requirements.

Eligibility

• Minimum 6 years of hands‑on full‑stack engineering experience.
• Proven track record delivering complex consumer or enterprise products.
• Strong proficiency with React, TypeScript, Node.js and Python.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience thriving in fast‑moving, early‑stage or high‑growth environments.
