About the role

Qualitest Service Desk 2026 is hiring desktop support engineers in Bangalore. Qualitest, a leading quality engineering company, is looking for support engineers to assist employees with computer hardware and software issues.

Responsibilities

Assist with hardware installations, software installation and upgrades, systems integration and basic IT-related issues.
Act as a central communication point for service support, configure and solve DHCP, DNS and network device issues, support day-to-day server operations through proactive monitoring, and escalate issues to vendors as needed.

Eligibility

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
0–2 years of relevant experience (freshers welcome)
Advanced knowledge of computer hardware, chipsets, memory and peripherals
Knowledge of popular operating systems (Windows) and remote connection systems
Good communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills; ITIL alignment a plus
