About the role

PwC is seeking a fresh graduate or early‑career professional to join its Metals & Mining advisory team in Gurgaon. You will work on sustainability‑focused consulting projects, helping clients in the metals, mining and related sectors improve operational efficiency, reduce carbon emissions and adopt digital analytics solutions.

Responsibilities

• Participate in or lead digital and analytics engagements across plant operations, supply chain and asset management.
• Identify operational challenges and translate them into analytics‑driven solutions and AI/ML use cases.
• Conduct site studies, diagnostics and data‑based assessments to uncover improvement opportunities.
• Support delivery of solutions that boost reliability, throughput and cost efficiency.
• Prepare insight‑rich client deliverables and present actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and mentor junior resources.

Eligibility

• B.Tech degree (any engineering discipline).
• 0‑3 years of relevant experience or fresh graduate.
• Graduation batch years 2023, 2024, 2025 or 2026.

Skills

• Knowledge of metal and mining industry processes.
