Graduate Engineer Trainee (NOC)

About the role

The Graduate Engineer Trainee (NOC) role is designed for engineers at the beginning of their careers who want practical experience in network operations, infrastructure monitoring, cloud services, and automation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with automating monitoring and operational workflows using scripting.
• Develop basic Python and PowerShell scripts to reduce manual operational effort.
• Support infrastructure and network change monitoring within CI/CD workflows.
• Work with monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana.
• Contribute to infrastructure improvements through automation and orchestration.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or equivalent.
• 0–2 years of experience. Freshers with relevant certifications can be considered.

Skills

• Scripting: Python, Bash, and PowerShell.
• Automation: Awareness of Ansible, Terraform, GitHub, and CI/CD concepts.
• Cloud: Understanding of AWS, Azure, or GCP fundamentals.
