About the role

Tata Motors is hiring recent B.E/B.Tech/B.Des graduates from the 2024‑2025 batches for a Senior Manager position under its Early Career Program. Candidates must have 12‑24 months of full‑time experience, be currently employed, and meet a minimum 60% academic record. The role offers a structured learning path, mentorship, and exposure to automotive and manufacturing functions across India.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior leaders in functional areas such as data engineering, operations, commercial sales, quality, production, supply‑chain, or design.
• Participate in real‑world projects, applying engineering or technology knowledge to solve business challenges.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver measurable outcomes.
• Engage in mentorship programmes and continuous skill development.
• Prepare for potential transfers to Tata Motors subsidiaries or joint‑venture entities.

Eligibility

• B.E, B.Tech or B.Des degree from an AICTE/UGC‑approved institution.
• Graduation year 2024 or 2025 with at least 60% academic score.
• 12‑24 months of full‑time work experience (internships excluded).
• Must be currently employed at the time of application.
