About the role

P&G is seeking a Data Systems Owner for its Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) function in Hyderabad. You will lead the operation, governance and enhancement of core HSE data platforms, ensuring reliable information for risk management, compliance and decision‑making.

Responsibilities

  • Own HSE Works modules, translating user needs into system requirements and managing enhancements, testing and deployment.
  • Develop, maintain and improve Power BI dashboards, safeguarding data accuracy and supporting monthly reporting cycles.
  • Ensure data integrity across HSE systems, conduct quality checks and collaborate with data engineering for platform enhancements.
  • Administer HSE SharePoint sites, create templates, manage permissions and produce user guides.
  • Handle HSE help requests, analyse trends, and drive continuous improvement through communications and training.
  • Partner with leadership, digital product teams and vendors to provide governance, reporting and stakeholder updates.
