About the role

OTIS is building a Testing Center of Excellence for its Digital Transformation controls. As an ITGC Testing Analyst you will work on‑site in Bengaluru, executing IT General Controls compliance tests across applications and infrastructure, documenting findings and supporting remediation.

Responsibilities

Perform ITGC compliance testing for global and local systems.
Identify, document and track control deficiencies.
Upload evidence and maintain testing records in the designated tracking tools.
Collaborate with application and infrastructure owners to gather accurate data samples.
Develop corrective action and remediation plans, performing root‑cause analysis.
Provide weekly status updates and work with the DT Controller to improve testing processes.

Eligibility

Minimum three years of experience in ITGC control testing.
Professional certifications such as ISO 27001 LA, CISM, CISA, GSNA, CISSP, CRISC or CIA are advantageous.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
