About the role

Onit is seeking a Support Analyst I to deliver front‑line technical assistance for its AI‑driven legal operations platform. Based in Pune, the analyst will handle phone, email and online queries, help customers use product features, and contribute to continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Provide first‑line and ongoing technical support for Onit’s SaaS products.
  • Develop deep expertise in the product suite and educate users on functionality.
  • Gather and relay feedback on product performance and market trends.
  • Own small‑to‑medium projects from conception through delivery.
  • Collaborate with implementation and delivery teams as needed.
  • Operate in a fast‑paced environment with minimal supervision.

Eligibility

  • 1‑2 years of technical support or software implementation experience, preferably SaaS.
  • Ability to quickly grasp business requirements and translate them into solutions.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail‑oriented with solid organizational abilities.

Skills

  • Technical support and software implementation know‑how.
  • Fundamental understanding of programming concepts.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and documentation tools.
  • Effective multitasking and prioritisation across projects.
  • Experience with integrations, especially Salesforce, is a plus.
