About the role

NVIDIA is looking for a Mixed‑Signal Design Engineer to develop and verify both analog‑digital co‑simulations and digital RTL for a power‑controller system. The position offers full‑stack exposure, allowing you to influence system‑level behavior while collaborating closely with analog and digital teams.

Responsibilities

  • Create and execute co‑simulations that link digital RTL with SPICE or Verilog‑A analog models.
  • Maintain and enhance RTL that implements the complete digital control loop, including protection, fault handling, and calibration.
  • Validate startup, steady‑state, transient, calibration, and fault scenarios in both pure‑digital and mixed‑signal environments.
  • Diagnose issues that cross the analog‑digital boundary, working alongside analog designers.
  • Develop behavioral RTL models for mixed‑signal blocks.
  • Design and integrate control, protection, fault‑handling, and calibration features.

Eligibility

  • B.S. or M.S. degree in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
  • 1‑3 years of experience with analog‑digital co‑simulation and digital RTL design for power controllers.
  • Proven ability to write and debug synthesizable Verilog or SystemVerilog.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Skills

  • Verilog / SystemVerilog RTL development.
  • Co‑simulation using SPICE and Verilog‑A.
  • Digital control logic for power‑management systems.
  • Debugging across analog‑digital interfaces.
  • Willingness to learn analog circuit behavior.
