About the role

The Technical Graduate Trainee position in Noida is a full‑time entry‑level role that involves monitoring, troubleshooting and maintaining the company’s network infrastructure. The role begins with a three‑month training period followed by a permanent placement with a CTC of ₹3.2 LPA.

Responsibilities

• Observe and resolve issues across the network environment.
• Configure routers, switches and related devices.
• Assist in LAN, WAN, WLAN and VPN roll‑outs.
• Support security measures and compliance activities.
• Analyse connectivity and performance problems.
• Maintain up‑to‑date network documentation and reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth network operations.

Eligibility

• Graduated with BE/B.Tech in any engineering discipline.
• Year of passing: 2025.
• Mandatory certifications: CCNA and CCNP.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.

Skills

• Strong grasp of networking fundamentals such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing and switching.
• Hands‑on knowledge of Cisco networking equipment.
• Basic understanding of network security concepts.
• Analytical mindset with good problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn emerging technologies.
