Staff Engineer, Full-Stack UI

About the role

Netskope is looking for a senior full‑stack UI engineer to shape the user experience of its cloud‑native security platform. You will join a fast‑growing team that builds responsive web interfaces and the supporting backend services that power real‑time protection for enterprise customers worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Partner with backend engineering groups to design and implement intuitive user interfaces for Netskope products.
• Develop and maintain the front‑end codebase using modern web technologies.
• Build and enhance the WebUI backend that delivers data and services to the front‑end.
• Integrate with internal APIs covering machine‑learning insights, threat detection, data loss prevention, IaaS controls and other security features.
• Contribute to the Netskope REST API gateway that exposes platform capabilities to external customers.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and performance optimisation to ensure a smooth user experience.

Eligibility

• Open to candidates with a solid technical foundation in software development.

Skills

• Frontend development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Experience with web UI frameworks and component libraries
• Understanding of backend services and RESTful APIs
• Familiarity with cloud‑security concepts such as zero‑trust, DLP and threat analytics
• Ability to work collaboratively across cross‑functional teams
