About the role

NEC Software Solutions is looking for a Senior Devops Engineer to join its Mumbai team. The position is remote‑first with occasional travel, aligns with UK shift hours, and requires 5‑7 years of hands‑on DevOps experience.

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI.
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning with Terraform on AWS.
  • Monitor cloud workloads using DataDog and CloudWatch.
  • Manage AWS services such as ECS Fargate, ALB, Route53, ACM, Secrets Manager, API Gateway, Shield, DynamoDB, RDS Aurora, Lambda, ECR, Elasticache and Backup.
  • Collaborate with business analysts to translate IT domain requirements into technical solutions.
  • Provide on‑call support and travel to client sites when required.

Eligibility

  • Any graduate degree (any field of study).
  • 5 to 7 years of relevant DevOps experience.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
