Associate Staff Engineer, Frontend React

About the role

Nagarro is looking for a senior‑level Frontend Engineer to design and deliver highly responsive web applications using React. The role is fully remote within India and involves collaborating with global client teams to turn complex requirements into clean, performant user interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive front‑end applications using React and modern JavaScript.
• Create reusable UI components and manage state with Redux workflows.
• Implement markup with HTML5 and styling with CSS while adhering to accessibility standards.
• Apply design patterns to produce scalable and maintainable code.
• Participate in agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and iterative delivery.
• Use Git for version control, code reviews, and continuous integration.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to solve client challenges and improve overall product quality.

Eligibility

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience building responsive web applications.
• Strong expertise in React, JavaScript, and Redux.
• Proficient with HTML5, CSS, and modern front‑end tooling.
• Good understanding of software design patterns.
• Experience working in agile environments.
• Comfortable using Git for source control.
