Senior Frontend Engineer

About the role

Beast Industries is rebuilding its consumer membership platform from the ground up, targeting a global audience of over 100 million users. As a Senior Frontend Engineer you will define and implement a modern, AI‑augmented frontend stack, delivering fast, scalable experiences that power the MrBeast ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build high‑performance, reusable frontend systems for large‑scale web applications.
• Create and maintain UI component libraries and integrate them with design‑system standards.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into polished user interfaces.
• Lead technical design discussions, set frontend standards, and champion best practices.
• Optimize page‑load speed, latency, accessibility, and overall user experience.
• Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and troubleshoot production issues.

Eligibility

• Minimum 8 years of professional software engineering experience, primarily in frontend development.
• Strong expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript and modern frameworks such as React.
• Proven track record of building performant, accessible web applications at scale.
• Hands‑on experience with AI‑assisted coding tools and modern development tooling.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
