About the role

Mobility Global is looking for a Cloud Ops Engineer to own and evolve cloud governance and compliance across its multi‑account environment. Based in Gurugram, Haryana or Bengaluru, Karnataka, you will keep cloud platforms ready for day‑1 and day‑2 operations by managing account lifecycles, enforcing guardrails, handling vulnerability patches and providing audit‑ready evidence.

Responsibilities

Design, implement and continuously improve core cloud‑operations capabilities such as account vending, guardrails, compliance evidence collection and patch hygiene.
Collaborate with Platform Engineering, application teams, IAM, Risk/GRC and Audit groups to embed standards without slowing delivery.
Drive automation using policy‑as‑code, IaC and scripting to reduce manual toil and increase consistency.
Maintain multi‑cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) governance patterns and ensure they are applied uniformly.
Produce runbooks, manage change processes, support incidents and communicate with stakeholders to keep audit trails complete.

Eligibility

3‑6 years of hands‑on experience in cloud operations, platform engineering or cloud governance.
Demonstrated ability to manage multi‑account or multi‑subscription environments, including provisioning, tagging, logging and de‑commissioning.
Strong operational discipline with experience in runbooks, change management and audit evidence handling.

Skills

Cloud governance and guardrails implementation (OU/org structures, policy change management).
Policy‑as‑code tools such as Cloud Custodian.
Vulnerability and patch management using tools like Tenable.
Automation scripting in Python, Bash or PowerShell.
Infrastructure‑as‑code concepts with Terraform or CloudFormation‑style templates.
