About the role

Microland is hiring fresh graduates for the Executive Asset Management (SM1) position in Mumbai. The role focuses on managing land assets, maintaining accurate records, and supporting cross‑functional teams to optimise asset utilisation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain precise records of land assets, covering inventory, ownership, allocation and tracking.
• Design and execute land‑management strategies that improve utilisation and reduce waste.
• Work closely with various departments to integrate asset‑management processes smoothly.
• Analyse land‑related data to spot trends, utilisation patterns and improvement opportunities.
• Ensure all activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations.
• Provide timely support and clear communication to internal stakeholders on asset‑management queries.

Eligibility

• Any graduate degree (B.E, B.Tech, B.Sc, B.Com, etc.).
