About the role

Mercans is looking for a seasoned Frontend Engineer to craft modern, enterprise‑grade payroll and compliance interfaces. The role is fully remote within India and focuses on building responsive, high‑performance web applications using Angular and TypeScript.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement feature‑rich UI components with Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5 and SCSS.
• Collaborate with product and backend teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure code quality, performance, and accessibility across all browsers.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to best‑practice guidelines.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous integration pipelines.

Eligibility

• Minimum 5 years of professional frontend development experience.
• Proven expertise in Angular and modern web technologies.
• Ability to work independently in a remote‑first environment across India.
