About the role

Mastercard is looking for an Analyst in its Analytics & Metrics team, based in Gurgaon, India. The role focuses on revenue assurance and business transformation for the Services division, using data, technology and consulting skills to improve operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Understand the business environment and engage with service teams as an internal consultant.
  • Identify pain‑points and propose data‑driven solutions, including process centralisation and new operating models.
  • Create design artefacts such as SOPs, system requirements and user‑journey maps.
  • Lead program and change management activities to ensure successful implementation.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and drive continuous improvement through automation or process tweaks.

Eligibility

  • 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in business or digital transformation.
  • Undergraduate or master’s degree in any discipline.
  • Strong project, stakeholder and communication management capabilities.

Skills

  • Business consulting and problem‑solving using first‑principles thinking.
  • Experience with B2B sales processes and tools such as Salesforce.
  • Proficiency in data‑visualisation platforms like Tableau.
  • Project management, stakeholder engagement and change‑management expertise.
