About the role

Magnit is hiring an Associate Software Engineer (AI/ML) in Bengaluru for fresh graduates passionate about artificial intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and testing AI/ML workflows under senior engineer guidance.
• Support the creation of APIs and backend services for AI-driven applications.
• Contribute to training and evaluating ML models for classification and prediction.
• Learn to work with LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini) and support prompt engineering and RAG workflows.

Eligibility

• B.E/B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, or related field (fresh graduates).
• Batch Year: 2024, 2025, and 2026 graduates can apply.
• Technical Skills: Strong foundation in Python; basic understanding of ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
