About the role

LSEG is building resilient, cloud‑ready platforms that run mission‑critical financial systems. As a Site Reliability Engineer or DevOps Engineer you will design, automate and operate scalable infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance for services across India.

Responsibilities

Architect and implement reliable cloud environments using Kubernetes, Docker, micro‑services and Infrastructure‑as‑Code.
Develop CI/CD pipelines and automation with Terraform, Helm, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps or Jenkins.
Build observability, monitoring and chaos‑engineering practices to meet SLOs/SLIs and prevent incidents.
Collaborate with product owners, platform engineers and security teams on design reviews, capacity planning and post‑incident analyses.
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to internal tech talks and knowledge‑sharing forums.

Eligibility

Senior‑associate level with a strong background in SRE or DevOps.
Demonstrated ability to own production systems and drive reliability improvements.
Willingness to learn continuously and stay ahead of cloud and automation trends.

Skills

Kubernetes and Docker container orchestration.
Terraform, Helm and other IaC tools.
CI/CD platforms such as GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps or Jenkins.
Observability, monitoring and performance testing.
Automation and scripting for deployment, scaling and incident response.
