About the role
The Associate Business Analyst will join Blackbaud's Luminate Online services team, supporting US‑based clients from the Hyderabad office. You will work night‑shift hours aligned with U.S. business time, configuring fundraising platforms, running campaigns, and ensuring quality for non‑profit organisations.
Responsibilities
- Become proficient in the Luminate Online platform and its features.
- Configure the system for client implementations and ongoing fundraising activities.
- Execute scheduled tasks such as email campaigns, report generation, and content updates.
- Perform quality‑control testing of standard and custom functionalities.
- Assist senior analysts on service engagements and create documentation for internal and client use.
- Leverage AI‑assisted tools to speed delivery and improve quality.
