About the role

Kyndryl is looking for a Technical Consultant who will run high‑volume SharePoint Online and OneDrive for Business tenant‑to‑tenant migrations from a 24×7 factory environment. The position involves executing runbooks, monitoring jobs, handling exceptions, and delivering clean evidence packs while working in shift‑based handovers.

Responsibilities

Set up and run SharePoint/OneDrive migration jobs, perform pre‑checks and post‑validation.
Watch migration queues, detect throttling or failures, and apply standard remediation playbooks.
Capture detailed tickets and evidence packs, including permissions, metadata and link checks.
Escalate complex issues with full diagnostics and follow prescribed escalation templates.
Contribute to shift handover documentation to ensure seamless continuity.
Support periodic reporting on throughput, exceptions and SLA adherence.

Eligibility

Hands‑on experience delivering production SharePoint Online or OneDrive tenant migrations.
Strong knowledge of SharePoint/OneDrive structures such as sites, libraries, permissions and metadata.
Familiarity with a recognized migration toolset (e.g., ShareGate or Quest ODM).
Ability to work shift patterns with mandatory handovers.
Clear written communication for tickets and evidence documentation.

Skills

SharePoint Online and OneDrive for Business migration expertise.
Use of migration tools like ShareGate or Quest ODM.
PowerShell or Microsoft Graph scripting for inventory and reporting.
Understanding of Microsoft 365 administration and governance concepts.
Experience handling large‑scale, runbook‑driven operations.
