About the role

Kyndryl is looking for an SAP PI/PO & SAP Integration Suite (CPI) Application Support Consultant to join its integration team in India. The role focuses on maintaining and enhancing SAP‑centric integration interfaces, monitoring critical data flows, and resolving production issues while collaborating with functional, basis and infrastructure teams.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, support and maintain integration interfaces using SAP PI/PO and SAP BTP Integration Suite (CPI).
  • Monitor the health of business‑critical interfaces and ensure their availability.
  • Investigate and resolve production incidents, interface failures and data mismatches.
  • Log and track tickets in ServiceNow, performing root‑cause analysis and timely remediation.
  • Support SAP ECC integrations via IDoc, RFC, Proxy, SOAP, REST, OData, File and SFTP.
  • Prepare technical documentation, operational run‑books and knowledge‑transfer material.

Eligibility

  • Relevant hands‑on experience with SAP PI/PO and SAP BTP Integration Suite (CPI).
  • Strong understanding of SAP integration technologies such as IDoc, RFC, Proxy, SOAP, REST, OData, File and SFTP.
  • Experience in application maintenance and support (AMS) environments.
  • Proficiency with ITSM tools like ServiceNow for incident management.

Skills

  • SAP PI/PO and SAP Integration Suite (CPI) expertise.
  • Knowledge of SAP ECC integration patterns and security concepts.
  • Ability to monitor, troubleshoot and optimise integration landscapes.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management.
  • Familiarity with documentation standards and hand‑over processes.
