Associate Consultant

About the role

Kaleris is hiring an Associate Consultant to work on supply chain execution and maritime terminal management technology.

Responsibilities

• Support Kaleris Supply Chain Execution (SCE) software implementation tasks under the guidance of Senior Consultants and Project Managers.
• Participate in project discovery, Orientation, and Analysis sessions by taking notes and documenting business requirements.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate deliverable preparation, issue logging, and implementation documentation.
• Log and track customer issues in Salesforce with clear reproduction steps and relevant operational artifacts.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree (B.E / B.Tech / B.Sc / BBA) in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent fields.
• Open to college fresh graduates or early-career professionals with prior internship experience in logistics, maritime, or enterprise software.

Skills

• Foundational technical proficiency in application configuration, basic system integrations, and software troubleshooting.
• Demonstrable experience utilizing AI productivity tools to accelerate documentation and analysis.
• Ability to log, track, and document customer incidents in platforms like Salesforce with accurate steps to reproduce.
