About the role

Kaleris is hiring an Associate Consultant to work on supply chain execution and maritime terminal management technology.

Support Kaleris Supply Chain Execution (SCE) software implementation tasks under the guidance of Senior Consultants and Project Managers.
Participate in project discovery, Orientation, and Analysis sessions by taking notes and documenting business requirements.
Leverage AI tools to accelerate deliverable preparation, issue logging, and implementation documentation.
Log and track customer issues in Salesforce with clear reproduction steps and relevant operational artifacts.

Bachelor’s degree (B.E / B.Tech / B.Sc / BBA) in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent fields.
Open to college fresh graduates or early-career professionals with prior internship experience in logistics, maritime, or enterprise software.

Foundational technical proficiency in application configuration, basic system integrations, and software troubleshooting.
Demonstrable experience utilizing AI productivity tools to accelerate documentation and analysis.
Ability to log, track, and document customer incidents in platforms like Salesforce with accurate steps to reproduce.
