About the role

Infor is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst, Associate to work at its development center in Bangalore, India. The role is an excellent launchpad for engineering graduates and postgraduates with 1 to 2 years of experience in software testing, automated scripts, and test optimization.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze business requirements and design documents to draft comprehensive test strategies and test plans.
  • Develop, execute, and monitor automated and manual test scripts to verify the functionality, reliability, and security of enterprise products.
  • Run continuous regression suites across different product modules to ensure changes do not break existing configurations.
  • Detect, isolate, and log software discrepancies in Jira, providing accurate and timely reports to development leads.
  • Work closely with product owners, developers, and global stakeholders to ensure deliverables match Infor’s strict software standards.

Eligibility

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is highly required. Candidates holding a Master’s degree in Computer Science will find this to be an added advantage.
  • 1 to 2 years of core software testing experience.
  • Experience in multiple testing areas, including Functional, Regression, Smoke, Integration, and basic Performance testing.
  • Strong manual testing foundations are essential.

  • Core Testing Skills: Experience in multiple testing areas, including Functional, Regression, Smoke, Integration, and basic Performance testing.
  • Automation Capabilities: Preferred exposure to automation tools such as Playwright and Amazon Kiro, backed by intermediate programming experience in Python.
