About the role

IBM is hiring fresh graduates for the Associate System Engineer position at its Hyderabad centre. The role focuses on building cognitive process‑automation solutions using Watson APIs, Watsonx products and IBM’s consulting platforms. Candidates with 0‑1 years of experience and a relevant engineering or science degree are invited to apply.

Responsibilities

Design and deliver cognitive solutions by converting process definitions into optimized workflows using Watson APIs and Watsonx.
Collaborate with clients, automation project managers and RPA architects to ensure end‑to‑end delivery.
Leverage IBM Consulting Advantage Platform and IDCP assets such as Methodx to accelerate development.
Implement and fine‑tune Cognitive Assistance accelerators like Agent Assist and User Assist.
Support solution quality throughout the project lifecycle by working closely with the delivery team.

Eligibility

Graduates of 2024, 2025 or 2026 (or any batch) with a BE/B.Tech, ME/M.Tech, MSc, MCA or Dual‑Degree qualification.
Freshers with 0‑1 years of relevant experience.

Skills

Hands‑on exposure to Watson APIs.
Familiarity with Watsonx products (Orchestrate, Assistant, etc.).
Understanding of Cognitive Assistance accelerators (Agent Assist, User Assist).
Experience with IDCP and IBM Consulting Advantage Platform.
