Software Development Engineer II (Frontend) - Tasks

About the role

HighLevel is seeking a mid‑level Frontend Engineer to shape the next generation of its CRM Tasks experience. Working remotely from anywhere in India, you will craft fast, reliable user interfaces using Vue.js and TypeScript, turning complex product requirements into intuitive workflows for millions of business users.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver high‑quality Vue.js features for the CRM Tasks product.
• Convert product specs and designs into maintainable, scalable code.
• Own feature lifecycles from architecture through testing, release, and production monitoring.
• Build reusable components, state‑management patterns, and data‑fetching utilities.
• Integrate frontend code with REST APIs and handle complex UI states such as pagination, filtering, and large data sets.
• Improve performance metrics and write unit, integration, and end‑to‑end tests.

Eligibility

• Minimum 3 years of professional frontend development experience.
• Strong command of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Proficiency with a modern framework (Vue.js, React, or Angular).
• Experience integrating with RESTful services and optimizing client‑side performance.
• Ability to translate product and design requirements into clean technical solutions.
• Solid debugging skills using browser tools and observability platforms.
