HCLTech is hiring fresh graduates as Process Associates (Voice) for its Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team in Sholinganallur, Tamil Nadu. The role involves handling US‑based healthcare provider interactions, ensuring claims are reimbursed accurately and on time while working US shifts.

Responsibilities

Place outbound calls to providers and insurers to follow up on claims and payments.
Investigate denied or under‑paid claims and resolve them promptly.
Maintain precise records of all communications and transaction details.
Perform pre‑ and post‑call analysis, documenting actions to achieve first‑contact resolution.
Update daily account‑wise interaction logs and meet defined performance targets.
Identify process gaps, document business requirements and suggest improvements.

Eligibility

Fresh graduate (no prior experience required).
Willingness to work US shift timings.

Skills

Strong verbal and written communication.
Active listening and customer‑centric attitude.
Accurate data entry and fast typing.
Ability to multitask and handle high‑volume calls.
