Engineer - ServiceNow & JavaScript

About the role

The Engineer in Tools & Automation will design, develop, and maintain automation solutions on the ServiceNow platform using JavaScript. You will work closely with clients to translate requirements into functional features, ensure code quality, and keep documentation up to date, contributing to the overall efficiency of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Write automation code with JavaScript and ServiceNow administration, adhering to project timelines and quality standards.
• Maintain and debug existing ServiceNow applications to ensure seamless operation.
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and implement new features or enhancements using REST/SOAP APIs and AngularJS.
• Create and update comprehensive documentation for all development activities.

Eligibility

• Fresh graduate eligible for the 2025 or 2026 batch.
• Open to any graduate degree.

Skills

• ServiceNow administration and support.
• Strong JavaScript programming for automation.
• Experience with REST and SOAP APIs.
• Familiarity with AngularJS for front‑end development.
• Basic understanding of software development principles.
• Optional: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.
