About the role

HCLTech is seeking passionate and high-potential fresh graduates from premium institutes to join their advanced analytics and Agentic AI innovation team as an AI Engineer.

Responsibilities

• Contribute directly to configuring production-ready multi-agent environments.
• Design, train, and build Large Language Model applications.
• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) workflows and prompt engineering methodologies.

Eligibility

• Must be pursuing a full-time Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) or Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) degree in a matching computer intelligence or circuit-related field.
• Must be graduating in the 2026 batch from a premier engineering institution.

Skills

• Experience in developing LLM solutions on cloud platforms like Azure or GCP.
• Implement RAG architectures and prompt engineering.
• Project exposure in LLM integrations and systems like Microsoft AI Foundry, Azure AI, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar ecosystems.
