thinkbridge is seeking an AI‑Native Product Engineer – Generalist to join its Chennai office. This entry‑level position is designed for recent graduates or engineers with up to two years of experience who are eager to build full‑stack applications while leveraging AI‑assisted development tools.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy end‑to‑end software features across frontend, backend, APIs and cloud services.
  • Utilise large language models and AI coding assistants to accelerate development, while rigorously validating generated code.
  • Write clean, testable code, maintain version control with Git, and ensure proper unit/integration testing.
  • Collaborate with product and client teams to translate ambiguous requirements into concrete, testable tasks.
  • Participate in regular code reviews and uphold the company’s quality and accountability standards.

Eligibility

  • Recent graduate or candidate with 0‑2 years of software engineering experience (including internships, academic or personal projects).
  • Strong problem‑solving fundamentals and ability to learn new codebases quickly.
  • Effective communication skills and a proactive, ownership‑driven attitude.

Skills

  • Proficiency in Python or TypeScript.
  • Understanding of RESTful APIs, relational or document databases.
  • Experience with Git version control and basic automated testing.
  • Familiarity with large language models, agent frameworks, or AI‑assisted coding tools.
