About the role

Google is looking for fresh graduates or soon‑to‑graduate students to join its Associate Product Manager programme, starting between April and August 2027 in Bengaluru, India. The role involves guiding products from concept to launch, bridging technical and business teams, and shaping features that impact millions of users.

Responsibilities

Research market trends and deep‑dive into user needs.
Launch and iterate on products and features, measuring performance.
Collaborate with engineering, marketing, legal and UX teams to deliver solutions.
Develop innovative problem‑solving approaches across regions and functions.

Eligibility

Currently enrolled in or graduated from a degree program in Product Management, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics or a related technical field.
Internship or teaching‑assistant experience in product management, software development or a similar technical area.
Demonstrated leadership in entrepreneurial or outreach activities with cross‑functional impact.
Experience delivering technical presentations through internships, coursework or extracurriculars.

Skills

Familiarity with product‑development methodologies.
Understanding of AI/ML concepts applied to product features.
Hands‑on experience with programming languages, data analysis, business case modelling, pricing or design.
Strong written and spoken English for cross‑functional communication.
Excellent problem‑solving, organizational and critical‑thinking abilities.
