About the role

Genpact is looking for a Specialist in Process Analytics for its Claims & Underwriting team in Noida. The role focuses on reviewing submissions, transforming data, and using RiskLink/RiskModeler to model treaty and portfolio exposures while generating actionable insights for risk management.

Responsibilities

  • Review underwriting submissions for completeness and follow up as needed.
  • Convert client‑provided Excel data into RMS/AIR formats and code COPE information.
  • Update and model accounts, apply treaty terms, and validate portfolio exposure summaries in RiskLink/RiskModeler.
  • Create, modify and run SQL scripts for daily processing tasks.
  • Reconcile EDM results to identify variations from previous portfolios.
  • Collaborate with the team to deliver time‑bound tasks and mentor junior members.

Eligibility

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics or a Master’s in Data Science.
  • Relevant experience in portfolio analytics, CAT modeling or treaty modeling.
  • Strong analytical ability, problem‑solving skills and good communication.

Skills

  • Proficiency in MS Excel and SQL.
  • Hands‑on experience with RiskLink/RiskModeler (Moody’s catastrophe model).
  • Knowledge of RMS/AIR backend schema and treaty modeling concepts.
  • Familiarity with data‑integration tools such as Alteryx.
  • Agile methodology and collaborative teamwork.
