About the role

EXL is looking for fresh graduates to join its Back Office team in Uttar Pradesh. The position involves handling insurance‑related transactions, adhering to client SLAs, and maintaining high quality and speed in processing.

Responsibilities

Process insurance transactions following defined business rules and documented procedures.
Meet daily and monthly targets while keeping average handling time low (1‑5 minutes).
Escalate any out‑of‑scope cases to the next level promptly.
Maintain transaction quality and customer‑satisfaction metrics as per SLAs.
Follow standard communication formats and adhere to strict deadlines.

Eligibility

Graduates from the 2024, 2025 or 2026 batch.
Holder of a Higher Education Diploma.
0‑2 years of relevant experience (freshers are welcome).
