About the role

Easyship is seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer specialized in React to lead the design and delivery of its global shipping platform. Working remotely with a distributed team, you will shape frontend architecture, champion AI‑assisted development, and ensure high‑performance, scalable user experiences across devices.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise‑grade frontend architectures using React, TypeScript, and Vite.
• Utilize AI tools such as Copilot and LLMs to accelerate prototyping, debugging, and code generation.
• Define and enforce advanced React patterns, micro‑frontend strategies, and best practices to reduce technical debt.
• Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to translate business goals into scalable roadmaps.
• Mentor junior and mid‑level engineers on architecture, performance optimization, and TypeScript best practices.
• Conduct rigorous code and architectural reviews to maintain code quality.
• Optimize performance for varied network conditions and drive adoption of emerging technologies like Server Components.

Eligibility

• 10+ years of professional frontend development experience.
• 5+ years of hands‑on experience with React.js and TypeScript at enterprise scale.
• Strong proficiency in HTML5, modern JavaScript (ES6+), and Vite.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, Git workflows, and testing frameworks (React Testing Library, Vitest).
