Associate Services Specialist I – End User Support

About the role

Deloitte is looking for an Associate Services Specialist I to join its End User Support team in Hyderabad. The role involves providing hands‑on technology assistance to internal users, handling hardware and software issues, managing assets, and supporting networking, mobile devices, audio‑video equipment and Active Directory.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality customer service through the CTS Support Center.
• Provide hardware, operating‑system and application support for Windows, macOS and Microsoft Office suite.
• Configure and image laptops/desktops, manage asset inventory and track software licenses.
• Deploy, activate and troubleshoot mobile devices and related accounts.
• Assist with audio/video conference equipment, projection systems and meeting‑room technology.
• Perform password resets and workstation management in Active Directory.
• Coordinate with infrastructure teams for LAN/WAN/telephony assistance and offer after‑hours emergency support on a rotational basis.

Eligibility

• B.E/B.Tech or equivalent engineering degree.
• 1–3 years of relevant technology support experience.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Windows and macOS.
• Basic networking concepts and familiarity with mobile device hardware/software.
• Good communication and customer‑service skills.
