About the role

Deloitte is looking for an Associate in Reporting & Analytics to join its Global Tax & Legal People & Purpose team in Hyderabad. The role involves preparing recurring reports, maintaining dashboards, validating data from multiple sources and turning insights into stakeholder‑ready presentations. Candidates should have 1‑2 years of corporate experience and a strong eye for data accuracy.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and own recurring business reports and trackers.
  • Maintain and enhance visual dashboards using Excel, PowerPoint and BI tools.
  • Collect, clean, validate and reconcile data from various systems.
  • Identify trends, anomalies and gaps, and summarise findings for stakeholders.
  • Support digital learning initiatives by collaborating with learning specialists.
  • Communicate clearly with global teams, ask clarifying questions and escalate complex data issues.

Eligibility
