Full Stack Developer (AI Agents)

About the role

Databricks is seeking a senior full‑stack developer to create end‑to‑end AI agents that power business‑critical workflows. You will own the React UI, design the LangChain/LangGraph logic in Python, integrate with backend services, and ensure the solution is production‑ready in our Bangalore office.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and launch AI agents that orchestrate large language models for real‑world use cases.
• Build a high‑performance React front‑end that serves as the agent’s user interface.
• Implement agentic logic using LangChain or LangGraph, including ReAct reasoning loops.
• Collaborate with backend teams to integrate REST/GraphQL APIs and middleware services.
• Develop middleware in Python or Node.js to manage agent calls and data flow.
• Set up observability, logging and tracing to monitor agent performance.
• Create reusable, scalable UI components and optimise application responsiveness.
• Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to solution design.
• Write clean, well‑documented, testable code following best practices.

Eligibility

• Minimum 3 years of professional full‑stack development experience.
• Proven track record of delivering at least one production‑grade AI agent or LLM‑based application.
• Strong problem‑solving and system‑design capabilities.
