Analyst

About the role

AON is hiring fresh graduates for an Analyst position in Gurgaon. The role focuses on using Excel and PowerPoint to analyse data, create reports and support business communication. Candidates will work onsite, collaborating with teams and stakeholders while gaining exposure to AON's risk‑management services.

Responsibilities

• Utilise MS Excel to analyse datasets, apply formulas and generate insights.
• Prepare and format presentations in PowerPoint for internal and client communications.
• Assist senior analysts in compiling reports and dashboards.
• Support stakeholder interactions through clear written and verbal communication.

Eligibility

• Graduated in any non‑technical stream (e.g., Arts, Commerce, Management).
• Proficiency in Excel functions such as SUM, AVERAGE, IF, VLOOKUP, etc.
• Good command of PowerPoint for creating and editing presentations.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively and take initiative.
