React Frontend Developer - Assistant Vice President

About the role

We are seeking a React Frontend Developer at the Assistant Vice President level to design, build, and maintain modern web applications for Citi. The role includes conducting feasibility studies, estimating effort, overseeing the full development lifecycle, ensuring security, and collaborating closely with users and technology teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform feasibility studies, time and cost estimates, and IT planning for new applications.
• Monitor and control all development phases: analysis, design, construction, testing, and implementation.
• Provide user and operational support for deployed applications.
• Analyze complex problems using deep application development expertise and recommend process improvements.
• Define and implement security measures during post‑implementation analysis.
• Consult with users, clients, and other technology groups to propose advanced programming solutions.
• Establish operating standards, procedures, and mentor junior analysts.

Eligibility

• Open to candidates with a relevant engineering or technology degree.
• Ability to work with limited supervision and exercise independent judgment.
