About the role

The Business Analytics Analyst works within Citi’s decision‑management team in Bangalore, blending data‑driven insight with business strategy. Reporting to senior analysts, the role focuses on gathering operational data, spotting trends, and shaping recommendations that influence planning, process improvement and risk‑aware decision making.

Responsibilities

Collect operational data from cross‑functional stakeholders and analyse historical performance.
Identify patterns, generate insights and advise on strategic opportunities and policy enhancements.
Perform exploratory, confirmatory and qualitative analyses, translating findings into actionable business recommendations.
Develop customer‑behavior insights to support segmentation, targeting and senior‑lead communication.
Continuously evaluate new data sources, tools and technologies to improve analytical processes.
Collaborate with internal and external partners to design, implement and monitor decision‑support strategies while ensuring compliance and risk mitigation.

Eligibility
