• Provide L1 support across IT infrastructure, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues for clients.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues across networks and operating systems.
• Log, track, and manage incidents per defined processes and SLAs.
• Work with team members and stakeholders, sharing knowledge and supporting others.
• Handle user queries through telephony and other channels with clear communication.

Eligibility

• Any Graduate / B.E/B.Tech/BCA in a related field.
• Batch Year: 2024, 2025, and 2026 graduates can apply.
• Experience: Freshers with 0 years of experience.
• Technical Skills: Basic understanding of computer networks, operating systems (Windows, Linux), and virtualization.
