Responsibilities

Provide L1 support across IT infrastructure, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues for clients.
Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues across networks and operating systems.
Log, track, and manage incidents per defined processes and SLAs.
Work with team members and stakeholders, sharing knowledge and supporting others.
Handle user queries through telephony and other channels with clear communication.

Eligibility

Any Graduate / B.E/B.Tech/BCA in a related field.
Batch Year: 2024, 2025, and 2026 graduates can apply.

Technical Skills: Basic understanding of computer networks, operating systems (Windows, Linux), and virtualization.
