Senior Software Engineer (React/Next.js)

About the role

BOLD is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join its Noida team and drive the development of scalable consumer‑facing career products. You will work primarily with React and Next.js, delivering high‑performance web experiences in a hybrid work setting.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain front‑end features using React, Next.js, TypeScript and JavaScript.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into functional UI components.
• Optimize application performance and ensure responsiveness across devices.
• Participate in code reviews and mentor junior engineers.
• Integrate front‑end code with back‑end services and APIs.
• Maintain documentation and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes.

Eligibility

• Minimum 4 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in React, Next.js, TypeScript and modern JavaScript.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
