About the role

Barclays is looking for a Full Stack Engineer to design, develop and enhance software solutions that support banking and financial services. The role is based in Pune and involves building scalable, secure applications using modern Java and JavaScript technologies while collaborating with product, design and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

Develop high‑quality, maintainable code using Java, Spring Boot and ReactJS.
Design and implement REST APIs, micro‑services and database interactions.
Participate in code reviews, unit testing (TDD) and CI/CD pipelines.
Collaborate with product managers, designers and peers to define requirements and delivery plans.
Adopt secure coding practices and contribute to technology communities.
Work within Agile delivery teams in a banking environment.
