About the role

Barclays is looking for a Copilot Agent specialist to design, build and operate infrastructure solutions that enable Microsoft 365 Copilot services. Based in Pune, the role blends cloud engineering, automation and security to keep platforms reliable, scalable and compliant.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, deliver and maintain high‑quality infrastructure components that meet performance and availability targets.
  • Monitor systems, analyse incidents and drive down mean‑time‑to‑resolution using data‑driven methods.
  • Automate repetitive tasks through scripting and code, applying best practices for source control and testing.
  • Implement secure configurations, protect assets from cyber threats and enforce compliance controls.
  • Collaborate with product managers, architects and other engineers to define requirements and integrate solutions.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and contribute to internal technical communities.

Eligibility
