About the role

Babaclick is looking for a Full‑Stack Software Engineer to join its Gurgaon team, building AI‑enabled platforms that power product catalogues, pricing and supplier workflows for international e‑commerce. You will work on end‑to‑end features spanning databases, APIs, front‑end interfaces and automation tools.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop backend services and APIs that support catalogue growth and pricing automation.
  • Build and maintain frontend applications for internal tooling and dashboards.
  • Integrate AI models such as Claude to enhance product development and operational decision‑making.
  • Create automation scripts and workflows to streamline supplier management and data quality processes.
  • Investigate and resolve production incidents, ensuring high availability and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define requirements and deliver scalable solutions.

Eligibility

  • 1‑3 years of professional software engineering experience, preferably in SaaS, fintech or e‑commerce.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT or a related field from a Tier‑1/2 institute.
  • Strong problem‑solving abilities, clear communication in English and a proactive ownership mindset.

Skills

  • Proficiency with version control (Git) and modern development workflows.
  • Experience in full‑stack development, including backend services, APIs and front‑end UI.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML integration, data pipelines and dashboarding.
  • Knowledge of automation tools and scripting for workflow optimization.
  • Ability to debug production issues and improve system reliability.
