About the role

Anaplan is looking for a Network Engineer to design, implement and maintain its private and public cloud networking. Based in Gurgaon, the role focuses on building scalable, automated solutions for a global enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

  • Deploy, configure, troubleshoot and optimise network infrastructure across cloud and data‑center environments.
  • Work with senior engineers, architects and external vendors to meet network requirements.
  • Drive network automation using tools such as Git, Ansible, Terraform and custom scripts.
  • Participate in an on‑call rotation to ensure high availability of critical services.
  • Support on‑site engineers during installations and maintenance activities.

Eligibility

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in network engineering, preferably in a large‑scale enterprise or cloud service provider.
  • Strong understanding of routing, switching, firewalling and modern data‑center topologies.

Skills

  • Hands‑on experience with BGP, VXLAN, EVPN, IPsec and other core protocols.
  • Proficiency in Grafana for metrics, Terraform for infrastructure as code, and VPN technologies.
  • Familiarity with public‑cloud networking (AWS Direct Connect, Azure VNet, GCP Transit Gateway).
  • Comfortable working in Linux environments and using automation tools like Ansible.
